GP Shade Sails — Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide. GP Shade Sails is a supply-only service — we don't offer installation outside the Mackay region. For local installation in Mackay, contact GP Motor Trimming directly.

Made-to-order lead times
Standard shade sails are typically dispatched within 4–6 weeks of order confirmation. Custom, square, triangle, and made-to-measure sails follow our measuring and approval process first (see our Terms of Service) — production begins once you've approved your final drawing and price, and the 4–6 week timeframe starts from that approval.

Hardware
Hardware items are dispatched separately from sails and are typically shipped faster, as they're stock items rather than made to order.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, delivery timeframes depend on your location and the courier used. Please check that your delivery address and any access instructions are correct at checkout — we're not responsible for delays or redelivery costs caused by an incorrect address.

Damage in transit
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything has been damaged in transit, contact us straight away at gpmtrimming@gmail.com with photos and your order number so we can sort it out.
